Job Description The Coordinator is responsible for the effective supervision of Field Supervisors.
Responsible for the direct supervision of Field Supervisors Responsible for the direct supervision of Recruiter/Dispatcher for attendant services.
Responsible for QA audits of Field Supervisor visit notes to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Responsible for processing of DADS and HMO updates to ensure correct steps are being followed.
Responsible for scheduling all Field Supervisor visits and assure timely completion according to determined frequency.
Acts as liaison for Field Supervisors in communicating with both DADS and HMO case workers Assists Administrator in the development and presentation of staff training relating to program requirements to newly hired Field Supervisors as well as current employees.
Assists payroll department in accurate documentation of missed time.
Acts as liaison for payroll department and Field Supervisors in the resolution of attendant time sheet issues.
Communicates with Agency Administrators, and Directors to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Education and
Experience:
Minimum (1) one year Field Supervisor experience for a healthcare facility.
