RN- Operating Room Manager, Full Time-Conroe Surgery Center-Conroe, TX Tenet Healthcare is seeking an energetic, creative clinician as Operating Room Manager for Conroe Surgery Center in Conroe, TX.
The Center has 7 operating rooms, 3 procedure rooms and averages 475 to 510 cases per month.
Our highest volume specialties are:
Eyes, Ortho, ENT and General Surgery.
The Registered Nurse OR Manager is responsible for managing, supervising and directing nursing care in all clinical departments of the surgery center.
In concert with the Center Administrator and the Business Office Manager, ensure that policies and procedures, and the philosophy and objectives of the facility are met.
This includes quality, environmental control, personnel management, assistance to physicians, materials and equipment, education and administrative duties.
Must have minimum 5 years current Operating Room RN and leadership experience.
Requires excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a cohesive team environment.
Mandatory:
Current TX RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, minimum 5 years' Operating Room experience, 4 years leadership experience in similar position.
Preferred:
Ambulatory Surgery Center experience, BSN or related Bachelor's degree Source:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
