Training and preparation for placement as a high performing Banking Center Manager, responsible for leading, managing and coaching the day-to-day aspects of running an efficient and productive banking center and creating a high quality banking experience for our customers.
Participants in the program learn strategy and develop the skills necessary to run a successful Banking Center upon completion of the program.
Participants attend an exclusive session designed to build critical leadership skills using course work, assessments, experiential learning and senior leader exposure.
QualificationsRequired Skills:
Three to five years experience managing a sales and service team to successHas held leadership roles with the proven ability to lead, coach and manage behavioral change and expected resultsProven sales track recordDemonstrates successful sales and service processesProven effective customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems and prevent customer dissatisfactionAbility to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritiesProven record of sound decision making, balancing risk with customer needs and business goalsPass required pre-employment assessmentsAvailability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the businessDesired Skills:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
