In addition, you will:

Review and code vendor invoices with purchase orders and review for discrepancies :
Review outstanding accounts and invoices for payment :
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and received payments are posted promptly :
Obtain required invoice approvals from appropriate management level of personnel :
Assist project managers and procurement with resolving vendor invoice disputes, obtaining required documentation, etc.

Reconcile accounts payable transactions with vendors statements :
Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records :
Ensure all payments are matched to appropriate vendor invoices :
Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED :
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial role Additional Eligibility
