Responsibilities:
In addition, you will:

Develop and execute strategic employee communication plans and strategies that educate and engage employees in business priorities using multiple communications media :
Collaborate with business and communications leaders to develop programs and messages :
Tell the stories of the business through newsletters, intranet content and other media :
Collaborate with the GE Oil and Gas employee communications teams and support those communications projects as needed :
Drive qualitative and quantitative campaign reporting metrics, analysis, and ROI :
Be passionate about communications as a driver for employee engagement :
Serve as community relations leader for the Lufkin, Texas community, building an engagement program that raises the company's and key leaders' profile in the community :
Manage engagement with local media Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Liberal Arts or related discipline :
Minimum of 5 years of Communications or Marketing experience Additional Eligibility
