Responsibilities:
In addition, you will:

Plan and schedule operations to obtain optimum use of manpower, machines, and equipment :
Manage the activities of a team of shop operators to support the business :
Review departmental performance to ensure that performance requirements are met :
Drive a daily schedule attainment to meet all internal and external customer commitments :
Develop, train, and evaluate performance of employees :
Develop, coordinate, lead, and execute daily production plans :
Ensure compliance with all plant rules and company policies :
Coordinate with planning and scheduling to execute the master schedule :
Report product defects ensuring these are resolved by developing and corrective action plans :
Accomplish goals while maintaining high team morale, employee involvement, quality, and teamwork Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a Technology, Industrial or Business discipline (or Associate's Degree in a Technology, Industrial or Business related discipline with a minimum of 2 additional years of related industry experience, or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 additional years of experience in a Supervisor position) Additional Eligibility
