Summary:
Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, budgets, performance objective and cost controls, together with appropriate measures, reports and analyzes to manage the achievement of company goals for growth, profitability and stability.
Responsibilities:
Develop and direct the implementation of General and Cost Accounting policies, systems and procedures to continually improve the timeliness, accuracy and meaningfulness of reported information.
Develop and implement financial forecasts, plans and budget to give direction and coordination to the operation of the various departments and thereby insure their maximum contributions to the company goats of growth, profitability and stability.
Perform other work related task as required as assigned.
Comply with all Company and HSE procedures and policies.

Acts as an effective mentor and coach to team members in meeting business objectives while inspiring their continued development.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to performance evaluations, training, employee development and establishment of goals and objectives.
Responsible for managing month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes.
Responsible for financial reporting and analysis of US GAAP financial statements.
Effective management and analyses of key areas including but not limited to the following:
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billings, Inventory, Manages the cost roll process and updates to our inventory standard costs.
Manages the capital appropriation and fixed asset process.
Responsible for analysis of A/R and bad debt reserves, including review of DSO and other A/R trends and metrics.
Responsible for managing all functions of accounts payables, including compliance with company and government requirements (i.
e.
1099/1042 reporting, W9/W8 form compliance, IRS per-diem Development of Policies and Procedures in areas of responsibility.
Automates and streamlines processes, develops metrics and key performance indicators, and implements initiatives to roll out new, more efficient and quality-controlled procedures.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Additional responsibilities:
Adheres to the criteria set by the Company and/or Senior Management.
Compliance with all company personnel policies and procedures.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Must have strong leadership, team-building and motivational skills.
Bachelor s Degree in Accounting with a minimum of ten (10) years of overall accounting experience and a minimum of seven (7) years controlling experience.
CPA preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP.
Must have strong leadership, team-building and motivational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly Proficient to Advanced Excel skills.
Experience working with cross functional teams and operations.
Experience in manufacturing environments.
