A Day in the Life Coordinating with regional personnel to ensure accurate and timely processing of regular and supplemental payrolls Preparing input forms, entering data, computing wages and deductions as well as posting to payroll records Reviewing wages computed and correcting errors Preparing periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions Preparing and issuing paychecks What You Have to Have:
A high school diploma or GED 1 or more years of payroll processing experience as well as a strong working knowledge of automated timekeeping systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and the ability to quickly learn and use company specialized applications Ability to work independently, manage the demands of multiple internal and external customers, establish priorities, meet deadlines, take initiative and follow through on all areas of responsibility.
Excellent customer service, organization, verbal, written and collaboration skills.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time What Would Be Great to Have:
