Description Coordinates, plans and schedules training, and ensures associates are completing training modules in a timely manner.
Escalates all issues involving non-compliance to manager.
Coordinates associates' assignments, distributes workload and follows up on tasks to ensure completion.
Suggests methods to improve store operations, efficiency and service.
Drives efforts of team to complete assigned tasks.
Assists with daily planning of operational tasks assigned to the store.
Oversees members of a team working on special projects.
Plans and ensures proper execution of company merchandising standards.
Assists with departmental zoning.
Notifies manager of all associate relations issues as well as issues that have the potential to impact the department or store.
Assumes lead-on-duty responsibilities.
Completes 4473 paperwork and submits for approval.
Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Minimum two years related work experience required.
High school diploma or G.
E.
D.
required.
Familiarity with inventory software, order processing systems, spreadsheets, and word processing software required.
