Summary:
The Visit Verification Coordinator is responsible for operating data entry devices, processing client and care partner information, reviewing data errors and resolving inconsistencies.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions of the Position):
Responsible for timely data entry of care partner service delivery records.
Compares data entered with source documents, or reenters data in verification format Completes 90% of all Santrax exceptions by first bill Responsible for checking office staff timesheets for accuracy and timely submission.
Responsible for timely filing (filed within 7 days of processing) of all care partner records and office staff timesheets.
Responsible for running payroll reports for errors/duplications of data entry.
Assists Client Care Coordinators with any payroll related issues.
Receive and return telephone calls as required.
Distribute all late checks received in the office.
Assists Client Care Coordinators in accurate documentation of missed time.
Acts as liaison for Care Partners and Field Supervisors in the resolution of attendant time sheet/data entry issues.
Communicates with Agency DPC to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program code of conduct, HIPAA and Documentation s Standards.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
High School diploma of GED required.
Minimum (1) year experience in general clerical duties Minimum age 18 SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Effective verbal and written communication skills Skilled in records maintenance Ability to gather data and compile information and prepare reports Ability to verify data and correct errors Working knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook ) AS400 knowledge preferred Ability to organize and process work in a timely manner for maximum productivity Click here to apply.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
