Make outbound calls to customers, completing needs assessment and correctly qualifying participants needs related to Medicare Health Insurance (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Cost Plans, and Prescription Drug Plans) :
Handle inbound calls to enroll customers compliantly and efficiently into selected Medicare Health Insurance (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Cost Plans, and Prescription Drug Plans) and update customer accounts thoroughly :
Effectively manage sales pipeline :
Deliver a consistently positive customer experience in a highly ethical and professional manner :
Ensure sales quality by asking questions and partnering with management support as needed Qualifications Education and Certification :
High School degree (or GED) required.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred Required Knowledge and Sales Experience :
Experience with consultative selling skills focused on the following:
Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Closing Skills, Negotiation and Influencing Skills, and Presentation Skills :
Developing core sales skills :
Background in at least one of following three:
Medicare, Commercial Health Care and or Telesales call environment Industry and Product Knowledge :
Aptitude for understanding details of Medicare insurance and complying with all CMS regulations :
No contracting restrictions from any insurance carrier or brokerage firms Communication :
Strong written and verbal communication, sales development and rapport building skills Problem solving :
Takes initiative and demonstrates strong problem solving and analytical skills :
Experience using productivity software including MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook :
Proven track record of Medicare sales and or commercial insurance sales :
Spanish speaking a plus Work Conditions :
Operate within a heavily regulated industry and a fast:
paced/dynamic market environment :
