The Project Director is the leader of the MBA Design:
Build process and effort.
The position will have overall operational and management responsibility in taking projects from schematic design to project completion and turnover to client's end:
user.
The Project Director will serve as MBA's primary liaison and representative leading the entire team and making critical decisions for all assigned projects and team members.
The Project Director will consult with all Stake Holders and report directly to the Operations Manager and the Partnership's Executive Committee.
The Project Director will manage the activities of all members of the Project Team as they are involved in the project, including the owner's representative, design team, end users, accounting staff, and administrative staff assigned to the project.
The Project Director will oversee all consultants and Project Managersto ensure contracts and agreements are executed and implemented to the satisfaction of the Operations Manager.

day collaboration will be required with all members of the staff to ensure the organization is able to achieve its objectives.
In addition, the Project Director will work closely with other Project Directors as a member of the Operations Teams Steering Committee, (OTSC) developing and leading the operations team success and process.
Project Directors are expected to lead and develop internal and external teams to consistent successand have significant industry experience in fostering and creating a business environment where joint effort and participation of all stake holders is paramount.
The Project Director leads the charge, fosters a creative environment of trust and collaboration, so that our client base and stakeholders see MBA Construction as a fixture in the organization and a permanent partner in their building cycle.
