The Preferred Applicant willbe currently working for a CPA firm and be comfortable with the following, depending on the position being applied for:
- Significant Microsoft Office/Excel/Word and Quickbooks experience.
- Experiencepreparing and/orreviewingCompiled, Reviewed and Audited Financial Statements.
- Currently managing, directing, supervising and training professional staff.
- Involved in budgeting of staff workloads, managing client workflow and monitoring project progress and completion.
- Communication and recommendations on tax and financialtransactions and transaction structure.
- Assist with client transactions and account balancessuch asfixed asset depreciation schedules, contract agreements, sales of assets, and transactions with tax consequences.
- Preparation of reconciliations between financial and taxaccounting.
- Assist with financial reporting requirements for bank lending arrangements.
- Assist the firm with making recommendations for best practices related tothe firms quality control procedures, efficiency and overall operational procedures.
Requirements for the position:
Prior experience working for a Certified Public Accounting Firm.
Additionally a Current CPA license is required for Manager level positions.
