The Project Manager is a leader in the MBA Design:
Build process and effort.
The position will have some operational and management responsibility in taking projects from schematic design to project completion and turnover to client's end:
user.
The Project Manager will serve as one of MBA's primary liaisons and representative leading the team and making critical decisions for all assigned projects and team members.
The Project Manager will consult withand report directly to the their Project Director.
The Project Manager will function as a memebr of the Project Team as they are involved in the project, including the owner's representative, design team, end users, accounting staff, and administrative staff assigned to the project.
The Project Manager will ensure contracts and agreements are executed and implemented to the satisfaction of the Operations Manager.

day collaboration will be required with all members of the staff to ensure the organization is able to achieve its objectives.
Project Managers are expected to lead and develop internal and external teams to consistent success.
and have significant industry experience in fostering and creating a business environment where joint effort and participation of all stake holders is paramount.

Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and lead activities of the design build process for projects to ensure that goals, objectives and all expectations of our clients and company core values are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Manage and forecast the risk of the project and plan accordingly Review budgets to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
