Evaluating and directing all payroll functions.

As a Servant Leader, building and maintaining positive relationships with your team, corporate staff, and field staff.

Continuous improvement and integration of payroll functions :
:
Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll, including earnings and deductions, for 300
sites.

Ensuring that annual W2 statements and related tax filings are completed in a timely manner.
:
Reviewing automated processes to ensure system integrity.
What You Have to Have:
:
Bachelor degree in Accounting , Finance, or Business :
Minimum 10
years related payroll experience managing a payroll operations team in a large corporate environment with multi:
state payroll experience, including at least 5 in management.
What Would Be Great to Have:
:
Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business :
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) strongly preferred.
