Sr.Systems Engineer/Wintel - FAI - Dallas TX - Fujitsu (The Woodlands, TX)
Work under limited direction from team leader or manager Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectation in one or more areas from the following list and for customers as assigned by manager:
o Monitoring and Alerts o Work Orders o Patching o Project Work o Vulnerability Protection o Security Operations o Asset Management o Tools / Reporting o Problem / Risk o Capacity / Availability / System Performance o Engineering Governance through SOEs, Best Practices, Audit Schedules, and On-Board Acceptance Testing Checklist, etc.

o Others as assigned by manager Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 8 or more years of work experience in IT infrastructure Minimum 5 year Application and or Systems Administration experience in a 24 x 7 production environment Expert knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory and/or Microsoft Exchange Advanced knowledge of Windows PowerShell Advanced understanding of networking principles; routing, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP Advanced knowledge of VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V Very good written and verbal communication skill Source:
